The Mermaid Cove

F-Shift (1-3 months) ** This is just a rough estimate, and same goes for every stage.
1.) When should I begin my F-shift? What research do I need to do?
Here are the items, but not limited to these, you need to research during this phase:
-
The food and water content of wherever you're going to live
-
The anatomy of the body that you are going to shift into, but don't look into anything that's not necessary. For example, if you're not going to grow extra fins, you don't need that.
-
The place(s) where you or your pod will head to
-
Maybe the language(s) of the place you'll go to as well, who knows?
-
This is possible, but the migration patterns of other sea creatures
~~~
THE EASIEST AND SHORTEST STAGE OF SHIFTING!
So have you done all these steps? It won't hurt to do more studying on other major goals that I've missed here. Onto dire matters, once you've done all your research, you can start combining all this information and set it into reality! How will you do this? Easy, there are many ways to start and perform this stage:
-
(Day-) Dreaming! This is probably the most simple way to imagine yourself as a mermaid!
-
Meditating! Side note, just like the method above, you should be picturing yourself from a 3rd and 1st POV, mostly 1st POV.
-
Have trigger objects such as a necklace or a shell to spark your mermaid side. Basically, there's no magic involved here, your brain just sees this symbol and tells you, "Remember your mermaid goals!"
-
Drawing water habitats where you'll live and/or you as a mermaid will stimulate your mind to make this reality seem possible.
-
Perform spells! Spells are most common, to me, in the M-shift. Then again, as we do get sidetracked in other events, spells help you focus in what your goal is supposed to be, no matter what shift you're in.
As you F-shift and meditate, I recommend you either have a mermaid journal and keep track of anything special that has happened to you, post your experiences on a mer-shifting community, or just store 'em in your memory vault! The first step is always a memory to treasure, and you can always look back on them for fun or for help even when you're in an advanced shifting level. I also wanted to add that everyday before you sleep, repeat this phrase "I am a mermaid and I will claim the ocean as my true home one day" 10-15 times, which should take about 40 seconds. Or you can make up a similiar phrase about unleashing your true form or returning home.
Here's a fun part from all that serious planning: you get to physically create the mermaid form you will grow into! Pick the colors, the fins, the genetics you want your mermaid to have! ^^ My form only changes from my human self in a way that it has a royal blue tail with gold ombre touches on the tips of the fluke. It took me 2 weeks to acheive that look! By this point you're thinking, "Well, how is this going to help me for my P-shift?" Your brain is a hard-working machine that takes care of your body and does whatever it can to help keep you healthy and stabilized. When you "tell" your mind what you expect your body to look like, your mind will shoot electrical "messages" throughout your body, working out this demand. I hope what I said made sense! >.<
But keep in mind that if you are modifying your body with gills/webbing/extra fins/long fingernails, remember the health risks and extra work you have to do to shift these additions.
So I've covered the basics of F-shifting. If you want help on meditation methods, go to this website:
While there are these methods, I have some tracks you can listen to. I found them on YouTube and this man is incredible! His music is just gorgeous! It really helps me meditate and concentrate on whatever I'm doing, and they're not lyrical songs.
Also, there's this app where you can create your own songs using single sounds. It also comes with lullabies and binural beats! I got this on the Kindle Fire HDX so it might be available to you!
