The Mermaid Cove

What Now?
Either you've successfully P-shifted or you haven't and you're checking out what there is to expect. First, see this point:
-
You are at least 17 or older because your body is fully grown.
-
You are in a pod (opt.)
-
You know where you want to go.
-
You know what foods to hunt/scavenge/eat.
-
You have supplies
Just wanted to make a note, you can P-shift anytime you want (depending on how well your body is maturing into a teen or young adult), but you can't leave the house under the age of 18 just to run off to the ocean. Not only is it risky, but you will hurt yourself because you're inexperienced. In the meanwhile, research more of the places you'll go, the ocean's health, foods, etc. Or just live your regular life!
Anyway, I've gotten out of topic. Once you've completed this time-consuming process, it depends on if you want to stay or leave:
IF YOU STAY - It's fine if you don't want to leave your family, your dreams, and the possibility of chasing your dreams on land. Maybe you desired to shift because you wanted your mermaid soul to stick by or you yearned to unleash it, and now that you're comfortable, you feel better and wish not to venture too far.
IF YOU LEAVE -You better have graduated from high school or else at a young age your name will be blared on Amber Alert, police would be tracking you down, and worst of all your parents will be worried sick. Not to worry, you need to tell your parents in one way or the other about your departure and you can forget all that junk I've mentioned. Once you've done that, you should be prepared with tools and necessities such as money, a cellphone in which you can deactivate your location, a pocket-knife, extra clothes, charger, lights and matches, etc. If possible, you and your pod can meet up somewhere (like what I'm doing!). If you are riding solo, provide updates to your friends. I highly say other mermaid shifters that you've met on a mer-website or a friend who is a shifter. Last but not least, update with photos as well of your shifting and your journey, but because this is the Internet, it depends on whether you want to share your pics or not. Then again, there's always group chat on mobile!
~~~
I have said that I was and am not responsible for whatever happens to you. If something happens to your health or free time, it's not my fault as I am just providing help for mer-shifting. On the plus side, I hope that I've been some help to you and that you are going to control your destiny now!
Have fun, be safe, and live your life~!
